2^nd youth FAJR International Chess Tournament

Tehran 4^th to 10^th February 2004

The I.R.Iran Chess Federation has the Pleasure to invite players of your Federation to participate in the 2^nd youth FAJR International Chess Tournament to be held in Tehran from 4^th to 10^th February 2004

1. the Tournament will be played in 9 rounds  according to the Swiss System

2. your federation has the right to send 3 players (one boy U 10, one boy U – 12 ,  and one boy U 14 )

3. players mentioned in article 2 and one coach from your federation shall qualify for free board and lodging from 4 February (Arrival) to 10 February 2004 (Departure)

4. Besides the above , your federation shall be eligible to send additional players. but they are required to pay for their accommodation and food .

5. Lodging for additional players and accompanying persons will cost in double rooms 50 US $ per person per day.

6. The winners of each groups will be awarded 1^st  Cup & Gold , 2 ^nd silver and 3^rd Bronze Medals

7. Ten Top players in each Category will get prizes which will be announce before the start of Tournament

All participating players and accompanying persons are kindly requested to fill in the enclosed registration form and return them to the I.R.Iran Chess Federation together with a copy of passport not later than 20 January 2004
